Scope of Work
- To conduct maintenance and inspection in accordance with QCDD and NFPA standards, along with the manufacturer’s recommendation.
- Quarterly functional test of Fire Pump set thru Manual and Automatic Operation of the System by discharging water from the test and drain line of Fire Hose Reel System or thru the bypass test line.
- Quarterly check-up of the Fire Pump working performance in accordance with QCDD and NFPA standards, along with the manufacturer’s recommendation.
- Quarterly check-up of Pump controller, manual and automatic operation.
- Observe and check and functional test of all mechanism being monitored by the Building Fire
Alarm System. - Restore all system into normal operation and condition.
- Conducting visual and preliminary inspection for all field initiating devices (smoke / heat detectors /manual call points/Interface units) and auxiliary field devices (alarm bell / horn strobes) including fire alarm control panel.
- Clean all devices and all modules inside Fire Alarm Control Panels in each loop by using blower machine, dry cloth and spray contact cleaner to all terminal connectors to maintain contact terminals free from any moistures and free from any dust respectively.
- Conduct functional test of the system by simulating some devices randomly using smoke tester, heat gun and pushing MCP or pulling MPS and be sure that all interfaces are working properly.
- Conduct visual and final inspection of the system and make records of the status of the Field Initiating and Auxiliary Devices as well as the System.
- Check that all the external component parts and spare parts of fire extinguisher are all in good shape and not corroded, cracked hose of broken nozzle/horn, etc., and make records.
- Check cylinder bracket/hawks are installed properly and physically good. Rectify or fix brackets as required, and make records. (Supply of wall mounted brackets/hawks shall be charged accordingly.
- To conduct maintenance and inspection in accordance with the related NFPA guidelines.
- Complete visual check-up of all related and component parts of Fire Hose Cabinets like Hose Valves, Fire Hose, Fire Nozzles, etc. once in every quarter of the year.
- Access control system
- To conduct random flow, test every quarter of the year by actual discharge of water by using the Fire Hose and observe the pressure of the system.

- Service and Maintenance of Fire Alarm System and Fire Extinguishers
- Conducting full inspection of all the existing systems as quoted and as per the provisions in the NFPA codes and as per recommendations of the Manufacturer.
- Conducting visual and preliminary inspection for all field initiating devices (smoke / heat detectors / manual call points/Interface units) and auxiliary field devices (alarm bell / horn strobes) including fire alarm control panel.
